We primarily offer standard shipping for most orders, suitable when you have flexible timing for your event. In certain cases, our customer support team may recommend express shipping to ensure your outfit arrives in time.

• Express shipping is also advised for complex or heavily embellished designs
• If our team recommends express shipping, we strongly suggest following their guidance to avoid delays

Processing Times

Each House of Hania piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Processing time depends on a few factors:

• Design complexity — intricate embroidery and hand-embellished details require more time than simpler designs
• Order volume — peak wedding and festive seasons may extend processing times
• Event-based priority — orders for weddings, engagements, and milestone events are prioritised by date where possible
• Accurate timeline — for a precise estimate, contact our customer support team with your product link

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

Handling time depends on whether your order is ready-to-ship or made to order. Ready-to-ship pieces are already with us and require less preparation time, while custom-sized and stitched orders require additional production time.

International Shipping

We ship House of Hania designs worldwide. International shipments must clear customs in the destination country, which can take a few days to several weeks depending on local regulations. We provide all necessary shipping documentation, though you may need to supply additional information to your local customs office.
