🌙 Modesty & Design

In line with our cultural values, we prioritize modesty. We may modify certain design elements to enhance coverage:

• Adding sleeves to sleeveless designs.
• Changing low-backs to traditionally styled regular backs.
• Substituting drop shoulders with standard shoulders.
• Covering exposed stomach areas.

📏 Tailored Fit

Custom Sizing at No Extra Cost: We believe in a perfect fit for everyone.

• Provide your measurements in the notes box above.
• Click the help icon for assistance on how to measure.
• Please expect slight variations as brands often use illustrative-only elements in shoots.

✨ Hand-Crafted Artistry

• Artisan Touch: Expect a 5%–10% variation in design or color, which is a hallmark of authentic handmade fashion.
• Embellishments: Delicate beads or sequins may shift during transit. This is normal for heavy handwork and not a fault.

📸 Color & Styling

• Digital Display: Studio lighting and screen settings may cause slight color variations from the actual product.
• Inclusions: Accessories like extra laces or "potlis" shown are for styling only. Refer to the Product Description for inclusions.

🧼 Care Instructions

• Dry Clean Only: To preserve the delicate threadwork, professional dry cleaning is strictly recommended.
• Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by washing machines or hand washing.

🤝 Authentic Platform

• Verified Designers: We facilitate purchases from original brands. Design and quality standards are set by the respective brand.
• Descriptions: Details are provided by the designers. We ensure transparency but are not liable for brand-provided data gaps.

🧼 Cleaning

• Dry Clean Only: We strictly recommend professional dry cleaning for all embellished items.
• No Machine Wash: Do not machine wash to prevent shrinkage and fiber damage.
• Avoid Bleach: Never use bleach or harsh chemicals on designer fabrics.

💨 Drying & Handling

• Air Dry in Shade: Always dry garments in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Do Not Wring: Avoid twisting or wringing out the fabric, as this can damage delicate hand-embroidery.

💨 Ironing & Storage

• Iron with Care: Use a low-to-medium heat setting.
• Protect Embroidery: Avoid direct contact between the iron and embroidery/beadwork. We recommend ironing on the reverse side.
